Q: Are you walks suitable for children?
A: We generally recommend our walks for ages 10+, however we leave this entirely up to the parents/guardians.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: For our regular Weekly Walks, yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. For our Halloween Specials; no, dogs are not allowed (due to jump scares and nature of the event).
Q: I'm a wheelchair user, which route is suitable?
A: Our 'Halloween Specials in Cow Tower park' are accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Our Castle Walk is accessible, which is available in Summer time.
Q: How do I book tickets?
A: All our events have limited numbers and tickets must be pre-booked. Click the booking links on our website homepage, you will be redirected to the ticket merchant (called Universe).
Q: Where do the walks start and end?
A: All walks start and end outside The Adam and Eve Pub, 17 Bishopgate, Norwich NR3 1RZ
Q: Is there parking, how much does it cost?
A: Yes, meeting point is by St Helen's Wharf Pay and Display Car Park. An evening rate applies after 6:30pm.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Dress warm with comfortable footwear.
Q: It might rain, will you still be going ahead with the walk?
A: Yes, we walk whatever the weather, so bring a raincoat and an umbrella!
Q: I’d like to book a private walk, how do I do that?
Our Private Walks are £12 per person, plus a £30 private walk fee. Minimum booking is £150. Subject to availability, please contact us for availability and bookings for Private Walks: email.
Q: I scare easily! Are there 'jump out' scares on your Weekly Walks?
A. We no longer use jump out actors on our Weekly Walks. (our 'Halloween Specials' do include jump scares)
Q: What are the Covid regulations?
A: We will be doing our best to follow all the current guidelines. We encourage individuals to take responsibilty for their own safety by reading the guidelines on the government website before attending any events.
